This app calculates the estimated engine power of your car (hp and metric hp/DIN/PS) based on your peak mass air flow.
Just use your favourite OBD Tool (such as Torque Pro for Android) or any other OBD Software which is able to show (or to log) the mass air flow in g/sec.
•note down the peak value of the mass air flow in g/sec
•type in the value in this app
•click "calculate" and get the estimated engine power
Remember, the mass air flow calculation shows the approximate engine power.
Experience has shown, that the calculated engine power based on mass air flow is really close to a real dyno run.
Important:
This calculation is only possible with an original MAF housing (or same diameter).
If you have installed a MAF housing with a greater diameter and/or a "MAF calibration" to the new size...you will get wrong results.
